About Me
Hey there — welcome to Onion Pixels! I’m [Your Name/Nickname], an artist, storyteller, and big-time fan of all things quirky, spooky, and imaginative. This blog is where I share original drawings, experiment with style, and eventually bring my comic projects to life — one sketch, one story arc at a time.
What I Do Here
-
Drawings & Art Studies — I post recent works, character designs, fan art, mood sketches, landscapes—whatever strikes me creatively. I love exploring texture, light and shadow, atmosphere, and pushing myself to try new things.
-
Comics in the Making — I’m working on original comics with their own worlds, characters, and stories. Through this blog, you’ll get sneak peeks, in-progress pages, concept art, and maybe even polls or asks if I need feedback.
-
Creative Process & Inspiration — Expect posts about what inspires me (books, other comics, nature, music), how I sketch or outline stories, and occasional musings on what works (or doesn’t) in my art.
My Style & Goals
I’m drawn to (pun intended) visuals with personality: expressive faces, moody lighting, a bit of grit, and moments that evoke emotion — whether funny, eerie, or heartfelt. My goal is to tell stories that stay with people, whether through a single illustration or a longer comic narrative.
Why “Onion Pixels”?
Like peeling an onion, I believe in layers — visual layers, emotional layers, storytelling layers. Pixels because this is as much digital as it is manual; because every point of light & shade matters. The name reminds me to dig deeper, to keep refining, and to let each creation have multiple textures and moods.
